• 岗位职责：
  1）根据自动化设备开发的需求，负责机器人本体方案及详细机构设计；
  2）进行本业务范围机器人本体综合改善团队的技术和项目管理工作；
  3）带领工程师/技术员/技师分析和处理解决机器人运行过程中的各种故障，组织技术攻关和改进。
  
  技能要求：
  1）机械设计或自动化相关专业，本科以上学历，英语四级以上或者日语二级以上，可作为工作语言，有日本留学或日企工作经验优先；
  2）从事机器人本体设计工作5年以上，有2种以上工业机器人产品成功开发经验；
  3）精通工业机器人本体结构，对铸件设计、密封设计、走线设计、刚性设计有深刻理解；
  4）精通RV及谐波减速机、伺服电机应用，熟知业界主流品牌产品性能；
  5）精通载荷、惯量、速度设计计算，会运用ANSYS、ADINA、ABAQUS、MSC其中一种有限元分析软件进行机械臂的强度、刚度分析；
