Position Title: GTT-3P-SQE for Software (25980BR)
Main Responsibilities:
? SW SQE shall support the responsible HW SQE with SW APQP and related activities in the project to secure approved SW PPAP according to project milestones
? The SW SQE is fully responsible of the SW APQP activities and SW PPAP and can manage the communication for these activities directly with the supplier. However, the SW SQE shall always keep the HW SQE informed when important decisions or important information is shared with supplier
? Ensure that supplier delivers SW according required quality as stated in SOW (that includes the QDPR requirements)
? Insure SW APQP is performed and proceeding according to plan
? Verify SW APQP deliverables
? Review, approve and follow up of corrective action plans set up with the supplier related to SW APQP
? SW SQE is responsible to inform the buyer which part number and version shall be used for the PPAP order. To get this information the SQE have to discuss with PD which SW components are included in the SW assembly. PPAP order needs to be placed on each ingoing component unless there is a SW assembly part number that includes all ingoing SW components. If no SW part number exists then the SW SQE shall inform the SQD group manager and SQD DPC so that a solution can be found on how to define the scope before the PPAP
? SW SQE is responsible to report according to the "SW Project reporting rules" (see below)
? Verify the SW aspects of PPAP submissions are accurate and represent acceptable production ready product per design intent according SW PPAP checklist
? The SW SQE shall try to participate at the delivery reviews if possible
