• 工业自动化公司总经理：
• 1、提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；
• 2、参与公司市场营销策略的制定，提炼出适合各区域市场的运作模式，制定各类市场推广方案并实施；
  3、组建销售团队，制定销售目标、市场拓展计划，确保销售政策的贯彻和执行；
  4、进行日常销售管理，参与建立高效的内部沟通体系，开拓潜在行业和市场，直接参与主持重要客户的业务谈判及成交；
  5、控制费用预算及开支，保持在区域内的订单增长和利润增长；
  6、处理客户投诉，与客户建立良好关系，及时反馈客户信息，满足客户需求，提高客户满意度，保持与客户的长期合作关系，重点突破战略合作伙伴的合作；
  7、对下属的工作进行评价并协助制定和实施绩效改善计划；
  8、完成上级及公司管理层交付的其他任务。
  
  任职要求：
  1、10年以上自动化行业销售管理经验；
  2、大专及以上学历；
  3、具备敏锐的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有资源整合能力；
  4、较好的沟通协调能力。
