Main responsibility:

ü Getting involved in the project at the early stage of project to understand the information about project: the business, customer, value to customer, customer requirement, the application of the solution to be developed;

ü Giving the input to the product development from the perspective of testing;

ü Suggesting the testing schedule and coordinating the fabrication of prototypes and samples;

ü Working with design engineers to develop test solutions and performing the tests on schedule to make sure the products go to customers meet the specification and safety requirement;

ü Working with design engineers to analyze the root cause for failure and suggesting the improving action;

ü Ensuring APQP and DOE methodology;

ü Working with the purchasing department to qualify the parts manufactured locally;

ü Assisting the production and quality engineers in investigation of root cause of failure for returned products

ü Requesting and suggesting the equipment purchasing and fixture fabrication

ü Promoting the test capability of lab to customers

ü Keep the lab clean, tidy and safe

Requirements:

ü A university bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical engineering;

ü 3-5 years of test or design experience for fluid products-actuators, valves, fitting etc.;

ü Proficient in reading and written English-CET6;

ü Experience of design and development of test instrumentation, systems, setup, and modification is a plus;

ü Be familiar with the electrical circuit electrical wiring and application of electrical elements is preferred;

ü Be familiar with PLC programming and Labview is an advantage.

ü Experience with ISO 9000; TS16949.

ü High degree of detail and accuracy.

ü Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work in a team environment;

ü General office and PC skills including Microsoft Office applications, organization, filing, etc.

ü Skilled in CAD operation is the plus.
