职位描述
Customer Service
· Comply with all company guidelines and policies, manage high value customer (distrubutor) orders from inquiry to delivery completion by providing customers with a good buying experience.
· Process order timely with high order accuracy and efficiency to meet customer on time in full delivery requirements.
· Handle incoming inquiries as appropriate in a timely and responsive manner.
· Track order status of overall order process performance, monitor and resolve exception orders, make sure orders are delivered to customers smoothly.
· Manage customer complaints through active participation in problem solving.
· Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with customers, relevant business and cross functional groups.
· Complete monthly FOC payment and machine parts sales inventory on time
· Provide assistance to finance team on recover overdue payment, bidding material stamp and have it meet deadline
· File, mantain and sort monthly order, and related distributors’ contracts in SAP
· Work continuously on improvements, identify root cause hindering the total order process and provide corrective actions and eliminate waste based on innovation.
Bidding Affairs
· Keep close collaboration and communication wiz sales team to well understand the needs and provide support in the early, middle and late stage of bidding and tendering.
· Promptly inform and organize different BUs to participate the bidding and tendering work.
· Based on province/region/hospital requirements, be responsible for preaparing and issuing relevant bidding documents, such as request for proposal, contract, company introduction etc.
· Ensure all the material is well prepared in an accurate way and have it submitted on time and effectively
· Track bidding progress and focus on every link, especially the quotation, negotiation, published results and won the bid confirmation. In charge of the management and maintenance of bidding data
· At leaset 2 years experience in customer service in MNC.至少2年在外资企业客户服务的相关经验

· Good command of written & oral English. 良好的英语书写和口语能力
· Good computer Microsoft skills, especially Excel 良好的计算机应用能力,特别是Excel
· Familiar with SAP 熟悉SAP 系统职能类别: 客服专员/助理
