Job duties:

1. Manage, maintain, and grow existing key accounts in the region.

管理，维护，拓展现有的客户

2. Develop new key retailer accounts and its related entities: own brand name products, trading firms, and manufacturers.

可发新的大客户和相关贸易公司，生产制造业厂商

4. Work and align operations with the other regions.

保持与其他地区的工作联系

5. Work and align with other divisions and regions within organization ensuring high quality service.

与其他地区，部门保持合作关系，确保高质量的服务

6. Formulate and develop key customer strategy based on account management and monitoring. Create and improve work procedures for key accounts.

基于客户管理和检测，建立和实施重要客户的战略。为重要客户改进工作流程。

7. Monitor and track sales-in figures of department.

监督和跟踪部门销售数字

8. Monitor competitor changes and situations with help of marketing dept.

在市场部门的帮助下，监测竞争对手的变化和情况

9. Assist the region to develop and strengthen customer service quality through training and assessment to customer services staff and account management staff.

通过培训，对客户服务质量的评估及客户管理来协助区域客户发展，加强服务质量。

10. Allocate resources within the region for customer-requested services or new service development.

为拓展新的客户，和满足客户的新要求收集客户资源

11. Support marketing and PR activities.

支持市场和公共工作

12. Maintain the quality management system according to the requirements of the accreditation bodies and the company.

根据客户要求维护质量管理系统

13. Handle customer complaints.

处理客户投诉

14. Perform other job related assignments as required.

Requirements:

任职要求：

1.Education：Bachelor or above

教育：本科以上学历

2.Experience: At least 5 years working experience within sales field, familiar with testing marketing

工作经验：5年以上销售领域工作经验，熟悉检测领域相关知识和市场情况

3.Language: CET-4 or above

外语：CET-4

4.Others: Team spirit & responsibility

其他：团队精神和责任感； 

  5.Good communication skills, both in oral and written 

有较强的沟通、口头表达能力及中英文读写能力
