Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. and convience others within the organization where past practices or

divergent views constrain agreement.

Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process. Sometimes need

to identify problems and update in own role without the benefit of defined procedures

Setup and implement the Preventive Maintenance plan;

Support project team with the setup of new production equipment & technology;

Follow up and improve the efficiency of equipment to increase the productivity;

Support the online maintenance;

支持设备维修；

Provide technical training to techs and operators.;

对技术员和操作工进行培训；

Design, adjust and install new equipment for production use and engineering evaluation;

Production up/down time analysis with report;

Analyze, prioritize the equipment improvement with cost cautiousness. Control the realization of the equipment

improvement.
