对采购件进行质量策划，开展APQP过程，跟踪样品提交，与项目组进行确认协调。主导采购件在开发过程中质量问题的方案制定与解决。

对供应商质量问题的处理

Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, precision engineering or related disciplines;

机械方面本科学历或以上。

At least 5 years experience in the quality management area;

5年以上质量管理相关经验

At least 2 years experience in supplier quality area in Automotive company；

2年以上汽车行业供应商质量管理经验

Professional knowledge of quality-related rules within the automotive branch, such as ISO TS 16949/VDA 6 and QS 9000 incl. APQP and PPAP;

了解汽车行业质量体系方法等相关知识，如ISO TS 16949/VDA 6，QS 9000，APQP， PPAP， Control plan, FMEA

Experience in quality and process control of injection molding, die casting, stamping/forming or surface treatment respectively would be an advantage;

对注塑，压铸，冲压，橡胶，表面处理等工艺的过程控制有相关经验。

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teamwork;

擅长独立处理项目，问题分析，协调团队合作

Willingness to travel to supplier and can handle problems properly;

适应出差，访问供应商处理问题

Fluent English communication skills is necessary.
