Position Summary:
This position is responsible for handling reservation inquires, sales and customer loyalty programs via telephone, fax, mail and internet in a friendly, efficient and prompt manner.
Specifications:
- Good English and Mandarin a must. Cantonese language capabilities are highly advantages.
- Enthusiastic and motivated.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Good team spirit.
- Prior experience in direct telephone sales or customer service beneficial.
- Good keyboard and computer skills.
