职位描述
工作职责：
a. 找寻搜索目标楼盘，开发拓展高端客户楼盘资源，建立稳定的销售渠道。
b. 独立完成渠道的上门拜访工作，并达成公司要求的销售目标。
c. 搜集市场信息，包括：楼盘信息及竟争对手信息。
d. 与合作厂商、业主建立与维护人脉关系，并参与相关活动，协助公司品牌曝光。
e. 在各类展会、媒体宣传活动等多种活动中做好主导及协助等工作。
f. 负责在销售渠道内建立良好的公司形象与品牌形象。
g. 完成主管指派的其他事项。

a. 具有良好的业务谈判能力、沟通协调能力和良好的市场人脉关系。
b. 具有一定的企划能力。
c. 表达能力佳，具有提报方案的能力。
d. 思路清晰，分析能力佳，处事灵活。
e. 能自我情绪管理，善于正面思维，全局观强 。
f. 具有良好的团队精神，能以身作则;
g. 执行力强，具有较佳的抗压能力。
