岗位名称:Operation Engineer
职责描述:
? Conduct the operation for building including MEP, CSA system and other system applicable, including but not limited to Academic Building, Residence Hall, Temporary Campus and so on.
? Responsible for daily corrective maintenance & repair and/or manage 3rd party vendor to provide maintenance (such like furniture, carpet, ceiling, etc. )
? Responsible for maintenance technical/cost comparison to define the best solution for client.
? Proposal drafting, data verification, vendor and construction plan management, finish summary and report
? Coordinate?and?inspect?construction?from?the?vendor,?to?make?sure?the?quality?and?reliability
? Improve?plan?of?facility,?conduct?the?operation?cost?analysis?and?low?down?the?cost;
? Manage the help request & work order process.
? Provide weekly facility maintenance report to client with analysis.
? Check & acceptance report for any maintenance tasks in office.
? Draft the 52 weeks PPM SOP/SOW in hard service, review the PPM item with OM and ensure the PM plan conducted accordingly.
? Onsite EHS regular inspection and ensure FM operated comply with client EHS policy
? Spare part inventory management to ensure maintenance in time & no business impact due to spare parts out of storage.
? Responsible for routine FM service meet client KPI request & OM expectation.
? Provide Emergency operation and maintain coordination 7/24 when applicable
? Responsible for lead & track all internal process within client to achieve the task completion successful.
? Vendor Management and regular performance assessment
? Other duties may be assigned by line manager
任职要求:
? Diploma degree or above, Engineering, HVAC, Electrical, Automation major is preferred.
? Minimum 5-year experience in facility maintenance
? Office building FM management experience is preferred
? Able to take multi-tasks and work under pressure.
? Customer-oriented service consciousness
? Proved hand-on skills in office building maintenance.
? Reading skills in English
? Good communication skill
? Adaptability to pressure and stress
? Suitability to client’s culture and team
? Self-motivation, has passion in work
? Skilled in MS Office software
