Job Description

• Legal Counsel in Corporate Legal Department in China Holding Company.

• Independently advise one or several business divisions in all legal issues including intellectual property law.

• Advise on M&A transactions in China jointly with General Counsel China.

• Participate in international team work in Global Legal Team of Bosch.

• Position includes daily interaction with Chinese as well as German and other international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Qualified PRC lawyer with 5-8 years of experience in general legal advice (corporate law,

• contracts, labor law, intellectual property law).

• Good teamwork spirit required.

• Good English skill required.

• Working languages are English and Chinese.

• Experience in another MNC required.

• Experience in intellectual property law, IoT, cybersecurity law, automotive business and/or M&A preferred.

• Foreign education will be a plus.
