Job Description

- Project handling with world wide RB plants and supplier
- Prepare inquiry packages, analyze & track the RFQ with suppliers
- Execute & lead commercial discussions and inspect the commercial plausibility of offers
- Prepare and conclude sourcing decisions with purchasing management
- Manage the global supplier base for individual material groups
- Arrange the documentation to introduce new suppliers / suppliers of new parts in the supply chain
- Coordinate, cooperate & support colleagues from commercial purchasing, quality and technical team
- Handle the price discussion for RFQ phase and the annual price negotiation independently

Qualifications

Master degree or Bachelor, preferred in commercial or electronics
- Minimum 2 years experience as commercial buyer
- Fluently English language both written and spoken
- Be familiar with manufacturing process of automotive or industry (several stages of sampling, release process...)
- Knowledge of Q systems such as ISO9000 or IATF 16949 is highly valued
- Experience in SAP and SupplyOn is preferred
- Capability to handle complicate projects and working in pressure and pro-actively
