Job Description

· Responsible leading the group BST/MFC1-CN
· Collaborate with internal development teams and external suppliers (wafer fab, wafer test, final test, qualification)
· Take full responsibility in mass production, e.g. yield monitor/improvement, cost down
· Provide tools and competence management for the group
· Drive supplier management and improvements, CIP internally and externally

Qualifications

· Master or Bachelor Degree in Device Physics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
· At least 6-10 years' experience at semiconductor OSAT or fabless-IC design house as Test Product Engineering
· Experience on wafer production, test and final test in mass production with high volume
· Experience as leader of engineering and/or production teams in an international area
· Willingness to work and interact in international teams, English written and verbal must be
· Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit, BST or Bosch experience is a plus
· Ability to independently manage projects and subcontractors
