Digital backend flows owner
- Perform RTL synthesis and DFT implementation
- Perform RTL/NL and NL/NL EC and ECO
- Perform RTL/NL timing closure
- Perform NL P&R

Qualifications

- Master degree or above in Microelectronics or Electronics Engineering major
- 2 years’ experience in digital PD domain
- Experience with digital EDA tools (e.g. DC/FM/PT/ICC/ICC2)
- Knowledge on semiconductor physics and manufacturing technologies
- Knowledge on VHDL/Verilog and TCL script language
- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit
- English written and verbal, German as bonus
- Willingness to work and interact in international teams
