Introduction 职位说明:

The purpose of the Graduate Trainee Program is targeting at high caliber fresh graduates or graduated young talents . The duration of which will be 6 months and the selected MTs will rotate to different departments to help get the deep insight of the company business and the working process . Afterwards when trainees ’ performance evaluation confirmed to be successful , we will appoint them to a specific position from different departments based on his / her performance .

管理培训生项目旨在招募2018届优秀的应届毕业生或具有1-2年工作经验者。通过为期 6个月的各部门轮岗来帮助培训生了解公司的业务状况及工作流程。绩效评估优秀的培训生将被分配到运营/销售/研发等部门。

Qualification 标准:

1. Graduates or 1-2 years working experience 2018年应届毕业生或具有1-2年工作经验者

2. Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese 具备流利的中英文听、说、读、写能力及良好的沟通能力；

3. Be familiar with AUTO CAD / CATIA 能熟练使用 AUTO CAD / CATIA

4. With initiative , quick learning ability ,team spirit and pleasant personality .性格开朗，具备主动性，快速学习能力和团队合作精神。

5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills 良好沟通及人际交往能力
