• 负责公司品牌形象、执行公司运营政策、终端店铺规范化管理；

• 负责终端产品销售推广工作，提升门店服务及销售额，完成公司产品的销售目标；

• 负责新店开业、节假日促销活动方案的执行；

• 负责货品到货信息，根据各店销售状况合理配置货源，有效的跟踪货品的补充以及销售情况，保证店铺的合理运转，不定期抽检各门店的内仓整理工作和在库的盘点工作；

• 优化终端货品管理，协助各直营终端制定具体销售计划，对直营终端货品的销存状况进行跟踪分析与货品决策；

• 负责终端信息和客户信息的收集、整理分析、反馈等工作，收集并整理销售中的成功案例，为公司制定推广促销方案提供信息情报；

• 对终端销售数据进行不同类比的对比分析，分析原因，提出方案，审批后跟进执行；

• 充分掌握区域内店铺的运转情况，提供高效优质的管理服务，发现异常情况及时上报并予以处理；

• 制定对直营终端的科学评估办法，依此对直营终端定期进行考核，协助直营终端调整处理市场突发事件，并及时上报。

• 负责所辖区域的门店巡店、检查等日常管理工作；

• 完成领导交办的其他工作任务；

任职要求：
1、5-10年以上行业工作经验，3年以上终端或销售管理工作经验。
2、能够适应全国出差。

3、较好的组织、策划及销售推广能力；

4、 良好的沟通表达能力, 良好的谈判技巧和执行能力；

5、 心理素质佳，勇于面对挑战，能吃苦耐劳。
