岗位描述：

1. Responsible for workshop ,materials and working hours of collection, entry and statistics.

负责车间人员、物料、工时的收集、录入与统计工作

2.Responsible for the production department ‘s list of workers and update the list.

负责生产部门的名册编制与更新

3.Responsible for the department of accounting employees’ attendance and extra work.

负责本部门的员工考勤纪律及加班核算工作

4.To assist the Production supervisor complete the workshop into a job interview, orientation ,and transition of office.

协助部门主管做好车间员工入职面试、入职培训及离职交接等工作

5.Responsible for workshop staff performance evaluation data、work attendance、collection, statistics, summary, archive.

负责车间人员绩效考评、办公考勤等资料的收集、统计、汇总、归档

6.Stationery purchase receiving and issuing of workshop ,keep records

车间文具的申购领用及发放，做好记录

7.Workshop documents issued, archive records, public Posting documents management

车间文件的发放、存档记录，公共性张贴文件的管理

8.Other work assign by manager

经理布置的其他工作

岗位要求：

1.College graduate or above ;Proficiency in Microsoft Office

大专以上学历;熟练使用Microsoft 软件

2.Contact with relevant statistics work

接触过相关统计类的工作

3.Above CET-4；Good English skill in written and spoken

英语四级以上;能用英语进行简单交流 工作努力,认真负责，有上进心
