岗位描述：

- Mechanical design for products including hard tag and other RF/RFID devices.

产品的机械设计，包括硬标签和其他射频/射频识别设备。

- Work with Product Manager to clear product request specification.

配合产品经理明确产品要求

- Do product design and validate by prototypes

进行产品设计与原型验证

- Inspect tooling and NPI together with QC and MFG department.

与QC和生产部一起检查工具和新产品导入

- Sustain mass production and do trouble shooting for issues.

维持大规模生产并解决问题。

- Work for continuously quality improvement.

改进质量

- Work with Sourcing team for long term cost optimizing.

- Documentation and regulation support.

Requirements：

岗位要求

- Bachelor degree or above with major in Mechanical Engineer or related field.

本科及以上学历，机械/工程类相关专业

- Solid technical background with minimum 2 years related experience and good knowledge of AutoCAD, Pro-E or Solidworks.

2年以上相关工作经验，熟悉Auto CAD、Pro-E或SolidWorks

- Know and practice the theoretical and mechanical knowledge on Plastic/Metal parts design, Mould design and control, Manufacture and Quality Control. Industrial Design knowledge is desirable.

熟悉机械知识，熟悉塑料注塑、模具设计、生产和质量管控

- To be imaginative, and good skill of innovation.

富有想象力、创新精神和良好的技能

- Good English skill
