Assist legal director and managers to provide legal support, advice and counsel in practical business terms to centers/divisions/depts.; Assist in ensuring business goals are met in a way that complies with applicable laws & regulations and the corporate requirements.

协助法务总监处理法务事宜，能在收购及兼并项目中承担一定的责任更佳

1.Official documents preparation

2.legal training to employees

3.review and draft legal documents and/or agreements

4.assist in contract negotiation and dispute handling

5.Conducting legal research and translation of documents and arrangement for signing of documents, investigating case-related issues and facts, etc.

6.Handling company daily legal matters such as preparation of relevant documents for board and shareholders' meetings, maintaining the company's filing system, keeping records of the establishment




1.PRC Bar will be a plus.

2.interpersonal communication and presentation skills

3.Fluency in language (Chinese/English) and strong skills in translation of legal documents.

4.Written and verbal communication skills.

5.Computer skill, filing skill.

6.Minimum 2 years legal practice experience, experience in Law firm will be a plus.
