Job Responsibilities:


1. This position requires an individual contributor for Broadcom switch product test. The candidate needs to understand switch product test requirements and translate them to corresponding automated test scripts, using the appropriate process to code and execute the test automation. The initial assignment is to execute existing test cases and report issues. As the candidate progresses, they will be asked to take on more complex responsibilities, such as the following:


2. Cross-team interaction with chip architects, software development teams and test team;


3. Assessing stability/performance issues and identifying optimizations;


4. Architecture, design and development of the test plan/test cases of switch product;


Job Requirements:


The ideal candidate will have BTech or MTech in a university in Shanghai.


1. BTech/MTech in Electrical Engineering or computer science engineering with a focus on data communication networks or the related majority;


2. Knowledge with switch, router, broadband access product;


3. Knowledge with test equipment's, such as IXIA, test center, N2X Smarbits is preferred;


4. Knowledge with the software product engineering process;


5. Strong programming skills in C, C# or TCL script are required.


6. At least 3 days per week, at least 6 months internship
