Job Responsibilities:



This position requires an individual contributor for Broadcom switch software product. The candidate needs to understand software product requirements and finally translates them to software code, using the appropriate process to code and execute the test automation. The initial assignment is to program the simple code and help the test for Broadcom switch software according to the senior engineer's instruction. As the candidate progresses, they will be asked to take on more complex responsibilities, such as the following:



1. Architecture, design and development of the Broadcom switch Software in the different areas;



2. Cross-team interaction with chip architects, domestic and oversee development teams and the customer system engineers;



3. Assessing stability/performance issues and identifying optimizations;




Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have BTech or MTech in a university in Shanghai.



The candidate should meet the following requirements:



1.BTech/MTech in Electrical Engineering or computer science engineering with a focus on data communication networks or the related majority;



2. Knowledge with software design, implementation, hardware/software partitioning, debugging, large code-base management is required



3. Strong programming skills in TCL is plus



4. Strong programming skills in C, C# and script are required.
