The company
An AP leading Company of Property Developer with wide range of product line and strategic planning of development in China.

The Role
As a contract manager, You should perform contract review arising from the company's operation as an element of risk management to safeguard the company's interest.You should be willing to travel both domestically and internationally on regular basis.Your reporting line is Regional Director.

Main duties / responsibilities

• Develop cost plan for development projects.
• Preparation of cash flow projectiles for finance department's cash flow management.
• Perform cost control such as change management within the approved budgets.
• Review the design and use of material for effective cost control.
• Manage the changes or VO throughout the development process to control cost according to internal and international best practices.
• Manage the entire tendering and procurement process and subsequent contract administration.
• Review, keep track of and recommend payments for vendors & contractors.
• Prepare and finalize the Final Accounts for contracts.
• Liaise with the cost consultant for the performance of the above works.

Required Qualifications

• Degree holder or higher in Quantity Survey (QS) or Project Cost or its equivalent.
• Manager level with 10 years experience in contract administration and cost control experience in ID fitting out works.
• Being experienced and familiar with China construction / engineering consultancy-related laws and regulations is a must
• With legal background/qualification and worked in multinational companies would be advantage
• Must have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good inter-personal and communication skill.
