Job Responsibilities:

• By Managing the product portfolio and product life cycle to improve the profit of product Filter/Regulator/Lubricator and Fittings & Tubings.
• Develop strategic vision, scope and context for product initiatives including market & competitive intelligence tracking, industry research, VOC etc.
• Work closely with global team to develop local product roadmap to introduce global new product. Also work closely with the local technical team and engineering team to develop local for local products.
• Own New Product Introduction process - work closely with the project team remembers and drive coordination across functional teams and departments to ensure a successful release.
• Create marketing collateral including data sheet, whitepapers, FAQs, brochures, and other product related documents etc.
• Serve as a product specialist. Build training content and customer education programs.
• Engage in brand development, PR and marketing efforts in coordination with global and local marketing communication team.
• Drive and monitor target audience communications and demand generation, including community management/ user feedback

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Fluidics, Mechanism or Automation. Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA).
• 6+ years Product Manager experience in MNC industrial company.
• Full of passion to make things happen.
• Very strong plus if have start-ups experiences in fluid power industry.
• Outstanding teamwork, project management, conducting multi tasks, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter to take on new professional challenges, and looking for roles with enormous growth potential.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
