岗位职责:

HSBC is one of the world's largest banking and financial services organizations with more than 6,200 offices. We are currently looking for Digital Analysts in our Global Analytics Centre based in Guangzhou who will be responsible for bringing insights to business decisions using data across all digital touch points. You will be involved in A/B testing, segment engineering, and DMP (data management platform), etc.

You will be one of the 1200+ professionals worldwide providing support to HSBC retail bank business. You will be interacting with the 150+ colleagues in the Guangzhou office as well as experts located in different parts of the world.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze digital data such customer digital footprint (e.g. traffic sources, page flow, and site conversion) and customer online behavior with web analytics tools

- Provide insights to drive future decisions to acquire new digital audiences (e.g. running experiments, robust process for A/B testing and timely sharing of outcomes/ business insights, etc.)

- Proactively identify growth opportunities and drive on-going improvements to increase the online conversion rate and enhance customer experience。

- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to effectively measure and report on performance, and then deliver relevant insights to drive development of new initiatives and optimization of existing strategies

- Present results to stakeholders and make recommendations for improvement.

任职资格:

- 2+ years of analytical experience focused primarily in digital analytics / marketing analytics in online retail, travel or banking/finance
具备2年以上在在线零售，旅游业，银行或金融业从事数字营销分析的工作经验。
- Technical skills (any of the following):
掌握以下任意一种技术经验：
- Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Ad-hoc, Adobe Target, Omniture, Ptengine, GrowingIO, Baidu Web Analytics, Baidu Tongji, Webtrends, Celebrus, etc.
