项目行政实习生需听从项目执行助理/项目总监的安排并负责为项目团队提供高质量的行政支持。项目行政实习生将为项目团队提供包括活动、会议、采购及其他日常项目运营的行政支持。

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Provide general secretarial and administrative support to Program Team

2. Event Logistics Management, including invitation & flyer distribution, agenda preparation, transportation coordination and onsite support

3. Purchasing process management, tracking of purchase items, delivery status & Fapiao status.

4. Maintain clients’ files, create clients’ folder, upload files to storage system, follow up with missing files etc.

5. Maintain program inventory, including managing equipment checkout process, specialty book checkout process, etc.

6. Logistics support on clients’ meetings (schedule meetings, send meeting invite, reserve meeting room, etc)

7. New on board preparation and orientation

8. Teamsite support

9. Update and maintain program staff contact list and client contact list.

10. Check First-Aids Items monthly and purchase the missing items.

11. Take charge of express receiving and delivery, printing and scanning

12. Ad hoc task assigned by request

工作职责：

1. 提供项目团队日常运营的行政支持；

2. 管理项目活动的行政相关工作，例如：分发邀请函、活动日程准备、协调交通安排以及活动当天的现场支持；

3. 管理采购流程，例如购买物品项目下订单、运送追踪以及发票追踪；

4. 维护客户的资料，例如：创建客户的文件，上传客户文件到系统、跟进缺失的文件；

5. 维护项目库存项目, 例如，管理设备的借还流程、管理专业书籍的借还流程等；

6. 支持客户会议，例如，安排客户会议、发日历邀请、预定会议室等等；

7. 新员工上岗的行政支持；

8. 如果需要，支持具体的项目；

9. 更新和维护项目员工联系方式以及客户联系方式；

10. 每月检查急救箱里的项目以及购买缺失的项目;

11. 负责快递的收发，打印及扫描；

12. 其他要求的任务

ELG is a social enterprise that provides special education, behavioral, developmental, mental health services for both the local and international communities.

Speech-language pathologist Dr. Shari D. Rosen was the first American developmental therapist based in China. When she saw the lack of resources available in Shanghai for families of children with special needs, she, husband Monte Rosen, and friend Andrew Hill came together to form ELG. ELG was launched in 2006.

ELG offers speech-language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, behavior therapy, and mental health counseling by appointment. Some examples include support with learning disabilities, sleep difficulties, handwriting, mental health challenges, coordination, social skills, and much more. People can call with any issue, even if they aren’t sure what specific type of therapy or assessment they need. ELG sees over 600 clients per year across China.

ELG also offers training to parents and professionals, as well as consultation for safeguarding and crisis management.

言语语言病理学家罗雪丽博士是***个扎根于中国的美国儿童发展专家。在目睹了上海有特殊需求的孩子无法得到足够的支持和帮助，2006年，她和丈夫罗满提，朋友安德鲁一同创立了学建。

通过预约，学建可提供言语语言干预、物理干预、职能干预、行为干预和心理健康咨询。同样对包括学习障碍、睡眠问题、书写障碍、精神问题、协调能力和社交能力等方面提供支持。即便是无法确定自己需要什么类型的干预或评估，人们也可以打电话就任何问题进行咨询。学建每年为全中国超过600个家庭提供服务。

学建同样为家长和专业人士提供培训，以及安全保护和危机管理方面的咨询服务。
