Responsibilities include

Budgeting & Planning

? Develop PR event, Trade Marketing, Co-ad JP, to budgetary expectations

? Track expenditure and update PR plans and budgets.

Events & PR

? Develop strategic marketing plans which are aligned with the Group’s goals and business strategies.

? Formulate regional and/or global marketing and publicity campaigns.

? Collaboration with travel agent for the joint event, response for the proposal verify and follow up to deliver the brand image.

? Produce and deliver brand or product release and activities release. Develop and drive brand awareness and positioning strategies and initiatives across all target regions.

Familiarization (FAM) Tour

？ Collaborate with public relations team from headquarter in the creation and execution of the FAM tours, including theme FAM tour and regular FAM tour.

？ Lead the FAM tour in China market and give support to regional office’s FAM tour.

？ Tracking and reporting media coverage of the FAM tours that can demonstrate the positive impact.

China market PR Budgeting & Planning

? Develop PR event, FAM Tour, Co-ad JP, Brand crossover campaign to meet budgetary expectations

? Track expenditure and update PR plans and budgets.

? In charge of PR team to service for Dream Cruises and Star Cruises two brands in China

Media Relationship

？ Develop PR related writing, media angle strategy supporting materials

？ Produce and deliver brand or product release and activities release with maximum media coverage management

？ Media relationship management including media enquiries and interview

？ Guide external and internal communications

PR Campaign

? Develop strategic PR plans for China market which are aligned with the China marketing goals and business strategies.

? Collaboration with strong third parties for joint event, brand crossover to enlarge the reputation of brand and awareness.

? Create more topic of the town with hot TV show , famous celebrities to promote DC & SC with comprehensive influence to drive brand awareness and business from mass market.

? Develop and drive brand awareness and positioning strategies and initiatives across all target regions.

Familiarization (FAM) Tour

？ Regular Media Fam to strengthen DC & SC brand and product awareness

？ Collaborate with public relations team from headquarter in the creation and execution of the FAM tours, including theme FAM tour and regular FAM tour.

？ Lead the FAM tour in China market and give support to regional office’s FAM tour.

？ Tracking and reporting media coverage of the FAM tours that can demonstrate the positive impact.

Qualifications & Experience

？ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related discipline required.

？ Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with marcomm management and implementation ability.

？ At least 2~6 years of hands-on related experience with in similar role in a cruise, hospitality, entertainment or leisure industry

？ Team player with a collaborative working style

？ Experience gained in the travel, lifestyle or consumer products industry, especially with luxury/premium brands, is an advantage

？ Strong analytical skills with sharp business acumen for promotion driven.

Language requirements: Cantonese, Mandarin, English

Computer Skills: Good PC skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
