• 餐前准备，打印菜单

• 了解当时用餐人数及要求，合理安排餐厅服务人员的工作，督促服务员做好清洁卫生和餐具的准备工作；

• 协助项目经理，加强与客人的沟通，了解客人对饭菜的意见，妥善处理客人的投诉，并及时向项目经理反映

• 协助项目经理定期进行顾客意见调查，了解顾客满意度

• 定期检查设施和清点餐具，有问题及时向项目经理汇报

• 供餐时段，协助指挥服务线

• 编排服务员、洗碗工、清洁工、仓管员班表，做好考勤记录

• 每日班前检查服务员的仪表、仪容注意服务员的表现，随时纠正他们在服务中的失误、偏差，做好工作记录，作为评选每月***员工的依据

任职要求：

• 餐饮业从业健康证

• 良好的人员管理能力

• 良好的服务意识

• 二年或以上酒店或西餐厅宴会相关工作经验

• 基本财务知识及熟练运用计算机办公软件

• 愿意执行其它公司不时委派的职责
