职位描述
Principal Accountabilities (major deliverables/responsibilities) include but not be limited to:
1. To design new high-quality Rail fluid control products for customers in APAC, released on time and to cost targets. 2. Support APAC rail customers with technical enquiries related to our products
3. Support commission and test of products at Rail customer sites
4. Work with cross functional teams to develop rail products and get into production
Knowledge Skills and Experience shall include but not be limited to:
Knowledge ‘Need to know’
Essential (must-have) ·
Knowledge of Pneumatic components and fluid control basics. ·
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics. ·
APQP Process and tools or equivalent Desirable
(nice-to-have) ·
Application experience on high speed train/ metro.
Skills (include soft skills) ‘Need to be able to’
Essential (must-have) ·
3D & 2D Drafting, prefer inventor 2017. ·
Design calcs – stress, temp, flow, tol studies etc ·
Selection of suitable materials and surface finishes ·
Team work & Concise communication ·
Fluent in English – sufficient for discussions with colleagues from different countries
Desirable (nice-to-have) ·
Team leadership · Simulation – FEA, CFD etc ·
Experience of DFM ·
Experience of collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain teams
Experience ‘Need to have had experience in’
Essential (must-have) ·
2 to 5 years’ experience on design and testing of components in rail sector or industrial automation. ·
Has designed at least 1 successful on-board products
Desirable (nice-to-have) ·
Experience of working with and interfacing to customers ·
Experience of working directly with major rail OEMS.
