岗位职责:

- 金融犯罪和监管合规营运部 Financial Crime Compliance & Regulatory Compliance Operation 

反洗钱专员将汇丰银行所有客户与由联合国，欧盟，英国，美国和中国香港提供的受制裁，欺诈或洗钱的名单(包括个人和公司)进行筛查，来进行初步的反洗钱行动， 以保护有序的金融环境。 

Anti-money Laundering Executive is mainly responsible for check all customers with a list of sanctions, fraud or money laundering(which is provided by The United Nations, The European Union, Britain, the United States and Hong Kong) to audit preliminary anti-money laundering activities including personal and corporate customers. In view of safe guarding the clean banking environment.

- 信贷风险控制营运部 Credit Services 

负责信贷风险控制工作，主要负责个人或工商企业客户的信用审查、信贷额度审批等后台营运支持工作。 

Responsible for credit risk control, is mainly responsible for personal or business customer credit review and credit approval etc. 

- 安保及欺诈风险管理营运部 Security & Fraud Risk 

主要对于汇丰集团个人客户关于信用卡消费风险提供实时的解决方案，规避信用卡信息泄露、盗用已产生的诈骗风险。 

Provide solution for the customers on credit card risk, in order to avoid credit card information leaks, theft have been produced by fraud risk. 

- 汇丰保险业务部 Insurance 

主要负责人寿保险,强制性公积金的资料核对，资料录入，更新以及维护,或电话客户服务 等文职类工作。 

Mainly responsible for Life Insurance, Mandatory Provident Fund data input,data update and daily maintain, or customer hotline service etc. 

- 汇款业务部 Payment Services 

为汇丰企业客户和个人客户的收付款业务提供营运支持（包括汇款、转账、自动转账、支票、汇款调查和汇丰财资网支持等）。 

Provide payment services and related support services (e.g. remittance, transfer, autopay, cheque, investigation, HSBCnet support, etc.) for Business Customers and individual clients.

- 全球贸易营运部Global Trade and Receivables Finance 

通过为全球十多个国家/地区的商业伙伴提供贸易相关的营运支持服务, 帮助进口商及出口商利用汇丰遍布全球的网络在贸易周期各阶段提供专业服务 - 快捷简易及安全地处理文件、进行国际和本地收付款交易、通过融资贷款满足/改善现金流的需求，及有效地管理控制国际贸易有关风险等。

The two operation centres at Guangzhou and Foshan provide trade-related operational support services for more than 10 business partners / regions around the world. We support importers and exporters using HSBC's global network to handle documents easily,  to proceed payment securely, and to improve cash flows by Trade Loans while also managing the risks associated with international trade right through the trade cycle.

- 客户尽职调查部 KYC Operations 

执行汇丰集团三大战略目标之一环球标准，为客户提供尽职调查服务，包括通过电话进行客户身份识别和审查，了解你的客户，客户筛选，美国海外帐户纳税法案等.

Customer Due Diligence (CDD) program is one of the key program that make up the Global Standards Program in HSBC.  CDD enables us to manage the risks through Know Your Customer(KYC), identification and verification of the documents, and growth opportunities associated with every customer, ensuring we do the right kind of business with customers we know and trust. 

- 综合银行服务部Banking Operations 

为客户提供准确而快捷的基本银行账户后台服务，包括账户开立,客户身份识别及审查,客户及账户资料更新，自助服务相关资料维护等等。

To provide accurate and efficient services to customers regarding banking account maintenance, including account opening , customer due diligence ,account closure, customer and account information updates, self-service related maintenance, etc.任职资格- 大专或以上学历 

College degree or above

 

任职资格:

- 流利的英语以及粤语读写说能力 

Fluently in speaking, reading and writing English, native Cantonese speaker. 

- 有相关工作经验者优先考虑 

Candidate with related work experience is preferred. 

- 能接受灵活的班次安排例如晚班或夜班优先考虑

Candidate with flexibility in late or night shift is preferred.
