职位描述
岗位职责：
1、Improve the current work flow and optimize internal systems to support global business development.
2、Data analysis on department deliverables and make improvement accordingly.
3Do customer satisfactory survey and work with BU/PM to make corrective action plan and communication with client timely and effectively.
4、Fully execute or update the effective SOP according to the organizational or work flow changes.
5、Assist Finance team in cost structure, milestone payment and MFG revenue related.
岗位要求：
1、Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or Pharmaceutical plus 4-5 related working experience or Master’s degree plus 2-3 related working experience.
2、Good English skills, both written and oral.
3、Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4、Working patiently and efficiently. Strong sense of responsibility.
5、Ability to work as a team member and as a leader.
6、Experience in project management, time management and good multi-tasking skill is preferred.
7、Willingness to business travel in Suzhou and Wuxi.
