Bosch Junior Managers Program, is an international wide program designed to attract excellent leadership potential talents for accelerated careers.

Job Responsibilities

-？Manage development projects for design of new hydraulic control valves for mobile machinery according to company process and guidelines
-？Support of the sales department during requirement engineering to understand and define market requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
-？Close cooperation with other departments (purchasing, manufacturing, controlling) in simultaneous engineering process during development project to ensure achievement of target cost
-？Leadership of a development team with modern project management methods

Qualifications

- Master or PhD degree in mechanics or mechatronics from top universities

- Project management experience with responsibility for cost, schedule and technical targets

- Leadership of cross-functional team from engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and controlling

- Regular progress tracking and management reporting, preparation for decision making

- Systematic working style

- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurship, team work spirit

- Advanced English language skill

- Mobile (nationally and internationally)

- Overseas working or study experience is preferred
