职责描述：
1. 根据公司的发展方向和战略决策，负责公司咖啡机相关产品在制定地区和渠道的开发和销售
2. 承担地区和渠道的年度销售目标与市场预算
3. 开发和管理地区经销商，拓展在酒店、烘焙、快餐盒便利店连锁的覆盖和渗透
4. 管理维护经销商、分销商和餐饮、酒店和便利店终端的客户关系，制定并实施年度合作计划
5. 提交准确的数据预估，提高经销商的货物满足率和终端客户的客户满意度
6. 合理安排各项市场活动，对所辖区域的销售资源及费用合理分配。
任职要求：
1. 5年以上针对餐饮、酒店和便利店渠道经销商和连锁客户的管理经验
2. 高度的工作热情，愿意主动与人交流，良好的团队合作精神
3. 优秀流畅的沟通能力
4. 具有工作积极性，有责任心，有较强的抗压和承受能力
5. 良好的项目管理和内部沟通技巧
