职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 安排在客户公司将设备首次安装及调试运行；
2. 对客户提供售后的技术支持，维修服务以及解决设备问题，能够根据电气图纸分析问题并排查发现设备问题；
3. 对客户进行服务拜访，在客户公司进行维修、维护工作， 培训客户如何使用纺织后整理机械，如何正确使用、维护设备，以及如何更换零配件， 等等。
4. 协助备件销售。

岗位要求：
1. 大专学历以上， 机械电子工程/机电一体化，英语四级，能用英文进行电子邮件和电话沟通；
2. 熟知PLC控制，模拟量输入/输出模块，变频器，步进马达，伺服控制技术及伺服马达，和人机面及触摸屏，熟悉电路，气路控制；
3. 三年以上大型机械设备售后服务及维修经验，能维修纺织后整理机械优先；
4 . 团队合作，优秀的沟通能力；
5. 熟练应用办公软件， 如， Word、 Excel、 PowerPoint；
6. 工作具体地点:面试时详谈,需相当时间内在国内出差。

Responsibilities include:

Essentially, this position is expected to deliver satisfactory services to existing customers. To fulfill the service role, candidates need

1. Arrange machine set-up and training at customers’ location.
2. Provide technical services and technical supports to our customers, and trouble shooting. Have a logical thinking to diagnose the equipment to find out the problems with machines.
3. Attend field service calls. This service will include on-site preparations, repairs and preventative maintenance work, parts replacement, relocations and modifications, etc.
As service engineer you need to establish the regular report and keep improving business upgrading and service quality in your responsible territory.

Requirements:
1. Associate diploma or above educational qualification, CET4, and be able to write and speak English.
2. Major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, automation or other related background. Good technique know-how in mechanical and electrical basics
3. More than 3 years technical service experiences in machinery industry. Knowledge of Textile machine is a plus
4. Team spirit is a MUST. Good communication skills.
5. Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
6. Frequent business trips are required.
