职位描述：
- Manage the Drive product in regard to cost, technology, quality and sales targets;

- Shows enthusiasm toward the vision, mission and strategic goals of the organization;

- Fully commit to satisfying the customer with high quality products and services.

- To assure the product is continuously improved by benchmarking within elevator solutions;

- Establish an plan accordance to annual objective;

- From learning the new technology at power electronics and holding the technology in common , improve the technology of power electronics for the elevator;

- Providing information of advanced technology to R&D team and participate in new development activities;

- Keep product documentation up to date and provide training as needed to functional departments including sales and field;

任职要求：

- Knowledge for power electronics, especially 3-phase power electronics device such as motor drive, inverter and UPS etc. to address application gaps;

- Familiar with electrical and safety related GB/EN/IEC/ISO standards;

- Familiar with EMC/EMI testing;

- Familiar with DFEMA and DOE;

- Analytical thinking to address technical and manufacturing related product quality issues;

- Solid understanding of key characteristics of components and parts selection process;

- Knowledge with basic software algorithm of power electronics;

- Cross-function work capability;

- Good interpersonal and communication skills;

- English skills for speaking, reading, comprehension and writing;

- Creative and open minded, hard-working and energetic, good team work and ethics.
