- 负责接听所有销售渠道的顾客的咨询与投诉电话
- 负责就顾客提出的产品使用方法,清洁保养,门店信息等内容进行正确的解答和回复
- 负责就错过的顾客电话进行及时电话回访,跟进和处理
- 负责做好工作日志,周报,月报,及时反馈信息的统计,分析和汇总报告
- 负责根据顾客反馈的问题 与跨部门沟通正确的产品说明书描述和销售话术
- 在不影响公司利益和声誉的基础上专业全面的解决顾客的问题
- 能够迅速有效的处理突发临时性客户服务工作
任职资格:
- 有1年以上400或者小家电、厨具等品类的售后相关工作经验
- 具备专业的客户服务电话接听技巧
- 对顾客咨询有充分的耐心给予解答,并能快速掌握产品知识，规范化处理售后问题
- 思维敏捷，具备对客户心理活动的洞察力
- 掌握基础办公软件，打字速度不低于每分钟50字
- 性格要求沉稳，善于倾听，普通话标准，口齿清晰，有一定表达和沟通能力
- 诚实正直,无因虚假承诺等违背诚信的经历
