? Maintain the existing business in the existing key accounts and develop new product opportunities in the F&B sector;
? Working with Customers and Engineering to develop and implement product strategy for all Fluid Control business units;
? Providing technical/engineering advice on products to major OEMs and end-users so that our products are specified on customers' preferred vendor list;
? Engaging, identifying, motivating and managing a well selected network of key customers to meet sales objectives;
? Keep abreast of major projects and ensure the company’s products and services are actively promoted to all decision makers at Food & beverage sector;
? Assisting with trade shows, exhibitions and seminars where the company or product is presented and provide professional presentation or product demonstrations to customers;
? Formulating strategies and recommendations for the development of OEM customers and markets;
? Provide update information on sales, sales forecasts, customer activity and visits, sales activity including progress on projects, target accounts, major and new opportunities, and any specific promotional or marketing activity;
? Act in a manner consistent with the scope and principles of all company policies, codes of conduct and core values.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or related fields;
? At least 6 years of sales experience in mechanical industry. A minimum of 2 years experience in an International company;
? Be familiar with such industries as printing, packaging, process machinery, PET bottling, light industrial, paper machinery;
? Pneumatic or fluid power background or experience is preferred;
? Proven track record in key account and project management;
? Has good business acumen and commercial skills. Strong ability in Administration, coordination, problem analysis and solving as well as high working efficiency.
? Good occupational morality and devotion to job;
? Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required;
? Good command of English, both oral and writing;
? Be willing to travel around frequently.
