职位描述：
· developing new products, improving existing products and reviewing present formulation for all markets relating to Beverage products.
· Re-formulate existing products to perfect its flavor profile and reduce product costs.
· Liaise with Marketing Department to plan for upcoming new products.
· Review and update current raw material specifications.
· Review all formulations and labeling for compliance with the food regulations and policies of the respective countries.
· Provide support to Procurement Department in evaluating alternate source. Prepare relevant product specifications upon approval.
· Prepare relevant ISO documents for new products, reformulated products, etc. for beverage products.
· Prepare project timeline & product information with Marketing & other depts.
· Conduct research on technical aspects of new products and technology.
· Assist in evaluating OEM plants and conducting plant commissioning.
· Set up departmental objectives & KPI as well as individual objectives.
· Prepare annual budget and managing the expenses under her control.

· University graduate major in Food Science, Food Technology or related subject
· 5 years of relevant experiences in Food & Beverage industry
· Experience in product planning and development will be highly preferred
· Understanding of Nutrition Label requirements
· Strong marketing sense with good analytical skill
· Good interpersonal, communication and time-management skills
· Well-organized, responsible, creative, sensible and initiative
