Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the required housekeeping status and warehouse 5S.
2. Manage the safety process to ensure zero records for LTA & OSHA
3. Effective control and continuous improvement of all the warehouse activities relating to receiving, picking, material issuing, packing and shipping.
4. Be responsible for regular warehouse physical counting, make sure the physical stock is same as system data.
5. Coordinate with production, QA, outsource vendor, CS and ATC to ensure material flow smooth.
6. Manage warehouse efficiency and crews’ overtime.
7. Manage shipping claim and take follow up actions and find permanent improvement
8. Provide constant training for warehouse to ensure the compliance of all its regulations, good housekeeping and work efficiency
9. Maintain and upkeep all working records
10. Have a sense of urgency when dealing with unexpected problems
11. Always adhere to the company operating principles and policy
12. Perform other tasks as requested
Qualification:
1. College degree or above;
2. Over 5 years relative working experience in foreign owned company;
3. Be familiar with warehouse and distribution center management;
4. Be familiar with import/export operation and the Customs procedures;
5. Understand supply-chain management;
6. Good external and internal communication skill, teamwork;
7. Good command of communication in both written and spoken English;
8. High moral and be responsible
