职位描述：
Position Summary:

This position serves as the central point of contact on all matters that relates to providing end to end commercial services to customers, on behalf of the APAC Service Parts Hub. It is required to create a good communication network with all APAC countries, and be responsible from order entry, to order processing, to payment collection, and to support service logistics. As part of the supply chain team, the role will share the best practices with both internal and external teams around the world, to execute the function efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

-Receive orders from APAC countries, and enter order into SAP system, ensuring the accuracy and on time change update
-Identify and respond to customer inquiries, and provide on time feedbacks to customers
-Generate Delivery Note (DN), and coordinate with logistics teams to make sure product on time delivery
-Process customer complaints and returning requirements, and coordinate with planning/purchasing/logistics to find out the root causes and solutions, and prevention actions
-Prepare the billing/import/export documentations
-Proactively communicate with planning and purchasing on any order confirmation/change from customers
-Other customer related duties as needed






Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree, majored in Business administration, supply chain, international trade will be preferred
- 1-2 year relevant experience
- Attentions to detail
- Good attitudes towards collaboration and teamwork skills, with mindset of customer oriented
- Familiar with basic procedure of international trade, Finance and credit
- Open minded, and willingness to work in a challenging and intensive environment

Non-negotiable Hiring Criteria:

- Proficiency in English, written and oral, is a must
- SAP experiences
- Good communication skills with domestic and international counterparts
