？ Translation both in oral and in written for BD tasks.
为商业发展中的项目进行口头和书面的翻译工作。
？ Researching new markets (supply, demand, competitors, SA/hotel scores, new management opportunities).
搜集新的市场信息（供应、需求、竞争者、公寓/酒店房价、新的项目机会）。
？ Maintaining the database of performance of existing properties in China.
维护更新中国现有运营的所有项目的业绩数据库。
？ Assisting to prepare presentation, proposal, HoTs and contracts for projects pitching / negotiation.
为正在磋商和谈判的项目协助准备演示报告、企划书、主要商业条款和合同文本。
？ Assisting to develop financial models to project the performance of serviced apartments that Onyx would manage.
协助制作ONYX将要管理的服务式公寓项目的财务模型。
？ Discussing the inputs of such models with sales, operations, PPD, HR and, where applicable, regional offices.
与销售、营运、技术设计、人力资源和其他可能相关的各个部门讨论该等财务模型的调整意见。
？ Acting as first contact of China BD in the absence of Associate Director of BD and ensuring close coordination between parties involved.

？ Maintaining the project tracking database and liaising with BKK/HK office to keep it up to date.
