职位描述：
工作职责：

1. 协助销售经理处理客户报价，招标文件及销售合同
2. 协助销售经理处理与客户的日常沟通协调工作
3.做好客户资料的管理工作，以便信息的交流与合作
4.团队内部的日常行政工作
5．负责售后的催款工作
6.协助处理展会及研讨会工作
7. 整理展会收集的客户信息资料

任职条件：
1.本科以上学历
2.一年以上销售助理或客户服务工作经验或优秀应届毕业生也可考虑
3. 有外企工作经验优先考虑
4.能够熟练使用各类办公软件, 具备一定的文字写作能力
5.英文良好，CET-4以上
6.具有基本的商务知识和积极主动认真的工作态度，客户服务意识强
7.工作认真细心，有责任心，能承受一定工作压
8.有良好的沟通表达能力及表达技巧，有团队合作精神


Job Description
 1. Assist sales manager to deal with quotation bidding and sales contract issue.
 2. Customer document management.
 3. Daily administration work in sales team.
 4. Chase customer payment.
 5. Assist sales manager to deal with the relationship with customers.
 6. Assist the work on exhibition and similar.
 7. Manage the document collected from exhibition show.

Job requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. The candidate should have above one year’s working experience as sales assistant or customer service. Excellent fresh graduate is also welcome.
3. Has working experience at foreign company is preferred.
4. Familiar with office software and has good writing skill.
5. Good at English. Above CET 4 is required.
6. Has the basic commercial knowledge and positive work attitude. Has strong sense on customer service.
7. Work carefully, responsibility and could work under pressure.
8. Good at communication and team player.
