Job responsibilities:
1.Monthly reconciliation of sales revenue (Sales Force vs. Coda) and working with Sales teams to get the correct information in
2.Working with finance to ensue Fapiaos are issued
3.Monthly AR Tracking and following up
4.B2B2C business following up
5.Help to check the regular items in business contracts;
6.Contract Chopping and filing
7.Financial Policies and Process coaching;
8.Support Line Manager on KFR, Quarter/Year end closing;
9.Other Ad-hoc issues on Finance;
Requirement
1.Potentially on the younger side – 3-5 years experience
2.Accounting & EF systems knowledge
3.Good communication skill;
4.The ability to work under pressure;
5.Integrity and smart;
