1.Responsible for purchasing activities, including sourcing new products with CE-certificate, negotiating purchasing price, MOQ, spare parts free of charge, delivery time, warranty time, etc.
2. Develop new suppliers for existing products and find new products according the requirements from headquarter.
3. Manage and monitor suppliers and help to solve claims, quality problems, shipment delays, etc.
4. Take on and execute other tasks and responsibilities assigned by branch office manager.
1.负责采购事宜, 包括寻找带CE认 证的新产品, 和厂家协商价格, 最小起订量, 免费配件, 交货期, 质保期,等等.
2.对现有产品开发新的供应商进行比较, 根据总部的采购需求寻找新产品.
3. 管理供应商, 以及协助处理客户投诉, 质量问题, 交期延误等事宜.
4. 负责执行分公司经理安排的其它工作.
Required Qualifications:
要求:
1.Bachelor degree or higher
2.Minimum 5 years working experience for export company in purchasing field
3.Preferably with multi-national company
4.High initiative with strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Experience with catering products is a strong plus
6. Proficient in written and spoken English; good knowledge for MS Office
7. Knowledge in full procurement process flow including purchasing, quality inspection, logistics, etc.
8. Good logic thinking and willingness to take challenges
9. Willingness to travel
1. 本科以上学历
2. 至少5年以上出口公司采购经验
3. 有跨国公司经验优先
4. 有较强的谈判能力, 社交能力以及沟通技巧.
5. 有厨具方面经验的优先考虑.
6. 英语读写流利, 熟练操作OFFICE办公软件
7. 精通采购各环节, 包括采购, 质量检测, 运输等等.
8. 良好的逻辑思维能力, 勇于挑战
