Manage all marketing activities and events including developing promotion plan, presenting properties to medial internationally and locally, organizing and execute events for guest by property level and corporate level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
1. Communicates and submits appropriate material to all marketing channels and organizations that assists in promoting the property to ensure they are well equipped to sell the property.
2. Co-ordinates various media and marketing activities and events.
3. Co-ordinates press releases as required by property events.
4. Liaises with advertising and public relation agencies.
5. Builds profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place.
6. Oversees and coordinates the property photography when required
7. Maintains the image of the property and the brand.
8. Monitors and ensures complete awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies.
9. Plans and coordinates all sponsorship activities.
10. Takes part in the preparation and planning of department goals and objectives.
11. Participates in the preparation of strategic plans.
12. Accesses sales and marketing data.
13. Takes ownership by developing, executing and following up on the property's public relations and advertising schedules.
14. Organizes events, including invitations to the media, property agencies, corporate accounts, and other related guests.
15. Maintain/update accounts database for Email blast.
16. Maintain/update “no boundaries” partners’ database.
17. Produce marketing material for the property level and the corporate level.
18. Quality control of marketing materials.
19. Works effectively in a team.
20. Works in line with business needs.
