Main responsibility:
1. Review, develop and manage annual territory call plan. Maximize sales potential with key accounts;
2. Endeavour to achieve a minimum of 5 planned retention / target calls per week ensuring quality time with key decision makers in line with the territory & sector sales plans, Ensure adequate attention to support sales and marketing strategies to develop sales territory growth and retain existing business;
3. Identify and develop business opportunities in the railway market, especially MRO market, capitalizing on company products and solutions line with the company’s philosophy of Engineering Advantage;
4. Keep abreast of major projects and ensure the company’s products and services are actively promoted to all decision makers of customers, especially at depots and EMU maintain centers.
5. Ensure personal self-management and organization skills are continually addressed to achieve planned objectives. Ensure quotations and enquiries are followed up promptly to develop territory sales.
6. A good knowledge and contact base in major Car (passenger car, locomotive and wagon) builders, OEM’s, depots and maintain centers to build company relationships is highly valuable;
7. Assisting with trade shows, exhibitions and seminars where the company or product is presented and provide professional presentation or product demonstrations to customers;
8. Provide update information on sales, sales forecasts, customer activity and visits, sales activity including progress on projects, target accounts, major and new opportunities, and any specific promotional or marketing activity.
9. Act in a manner consistent with the scope and principles of all company policies, codes of conduct and core values.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or related fields;
2. At least 4 years of sales experience in selling pneumatic products in the field of rail, underground, magnetic trains. A minimum of 2 years experience in an International company;
3. Pneumatic and/or hydraulic design and/or maintenance experience is preferred;
4. Proven track record in key account and project management;
5. Has good business acumen and commercial skills. Strong ability in Administration, coordination, problem analysis and solving as well as high working efficiency.
6. Good occupational morality and devotion to job;
7. Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required;
8. Be willing to travel around frequently.
