Responsibility:
1. Manage daily operation of orders, including, but not limit to, placing the orders to suppliers, following up the delivery, solving minor quality problems and complaints.
2. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve OTD, optimize work processes.
3. In collaboration with planning, warehouse, finance, quality, importing and exporting etc departments, achieve customers' satisfaction.
4. Make quotation for new items from internal supplier and monitor the price change.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree.
2. At least 3 years' experience in purchasing function, with local & overseas supplier.
3. Knowledge of MRP experience in ERP system operating is a plus.
4. Good communication skill including the ability to speak and write fluent English.
5. Good team work spirit.
