Responsibility:
1. Drive and lead supply chain key project to achieve supply chain KPI continuous improvement.
2. Optimize supply chain flow and process to operation excellence.
3. Lead fleet fitting supply chain switch project:
1) Work closely with customer to understand the forecast.
2) Release materials demand forecast and PO to supplier base on production plan.
3) Monitor on time shipment, and make decisions that support delivery on time to our customer in alignment with business priorities. Negotiate any change in delivery date and premium freight charge with supplier.
4) Responsible for capacity planning and production scheduling.
5) Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels), continuous improve inventory turns.
6) Track forecast accuracy and fulfillment metrics (On Time Delivery Rate and Out of Stock Rate).
4. Responsible for make to stock project:
1) Track make to stock order and inventory status.
2) Make replenish plan for make to stock item.
3) Continuous optimize purchasing strategy to improvement OTD and inventory turns.
5. Perform other tasks as requested
Requirement
1. University degrees or above
2. 3 years+ experience in supply chain function in a manufacturing environment
3. Experienced in material planning and inventory control
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills
5. Can-do attitude, with high sense of responsibility
6. Very skillful in Microsoft, esp. excel
7. Excellent English skills
