职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助建立和优化店铺零售标准，保证执行标准；
2、负责店铺的日常运营管理，负责协助制订门店年度及月度销售指标及相关激励方案，并辅导指标完成；
3、对店铺零售人员进行销售技巧、货品知识、陈列等的培训以及督导；
4、协助拟定实施促销方案，并监督实施各项促销活动，进行促销活动效果评估
5、分析相关货品和销售数据，提出合理化的促销和商品配发需求

任职要求：
1、至少3年以上品牌店铺零售管理经验
2、良好的沟通能力和敏锐的市场洞察力
3、丰富的计划、统筹及协调工作经验
4、丰富的顾客投诉经验和应对措施
5、具备一定的英语口语能力，口语流利者优先考虑

底薪5000-6000，做五休二，提供员工餐及津贴，条件优秀者，待遇可另议
