职位描述：
1、制定年度海外市场的拓展计划，并分配落实至区域业务专员；
2、负责管理及跟进海外经销商，维护与保持与现有客户之间的良好关系；
3、关注市场信息，掌握海外各推广平台（youtube、Instagram、推特等等）不同优势进行品牌推广及宣传。
4、引领团队不断提出新想法和策略，创造市场与品牌价值；
5、负责货品管理，协调、整合各部门资源，作为内部窗口，全面衔接海外经销商与公司各部门间的配合，确保协调和一致性；
6、因应海外业务发展需求，订定各项制度流程及作业标准，提升部门运作成效。
